Room here is really nice and has a fantastic view of the downtown area. The bed is super comfy and the bathroom is amazing. Check-in process is smooth, and check-out is quick. There's parking available on-site too! 🌟

The place was lovely old and grand old, no complaints whatsoever, couldn't recommend more. Views of downtown were stunningly beautiful. The room was well-appointed and high standard. It had comfortable beds. There was a lovely pool onsite.

Service at every level of the hotel was excellent = from the parking to check out. Even thought there was a lot of activity in the lobby, our room was very quiet. We were on the 14th floor and had a great view. 

The hotel maintains its appeal despite ongoing construction. The large rooms have new furnishings. The complimentary car service is convenient, with prompt cabs as alternatives. The attentive bellman ensures an easy check-in and 

Beautiful hotel.

No hair dryer in room, but one was brought up when called. Waiting for the hairdryer almost made us late. No bath mat for floor. Only two bath towels for two guests. No extra for my hair. Towels not replenished that night or bed turned down. Had only hot water one evening - even turning on the cold only tap had extremely hot water coming out. The water tank of the toilet was hot from hot water. It was weird. We notified the hotel, and by the next morning, we had warm water rather than hot water from the cold tap. At least I could take a shower without being scalded!!

The Adolphus is an old fashioned hotel with traditional decor, spacious and with a very luxurious atmosphere. It does not have acres of glass and marble and the fixtures and fittings in the rooms are not new but
